COMMIT. — Start From 1 Unit.

Sample pricing is the standard unit price for the product — we don’t charge a separate “sample premium.” We will confirm the exact unit price for your requested model when you submit your inquiry, as pricing varies by product category and model. International freight is charged at cost separately — typically by DHL, FedEx or EMS depending on your destination. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

The sample unit cost (not freight) is typically credited against your first volume purchase order. This is confirmed at the quotation stage — it’s not an automatic assumption but a standard commercial arrangement we extend to genuine distribution partners. Confirm the credit terms when you receive your sample quote so expectations are clear before payment.

Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost and is not required. The sample is yours to keep, use for market testing, photography or showroom display. If the sample is damaged in transit, document it on arrival and contact us — we’ll assess the situation. We don’t issue refunds for transit damage once goods have cleared customs, so we recommend checking your freight carrier’s insurance options for international shipments.

Sample dispatch typically happens within 3–7 business days from payment confirmation, depending on the specific product and current factory schedule. Some products may be in stock and dispatched faster; others may be produced to order and take longer. We confirm the exact dispatch estimate when we send your sample quote. International transit time varies by destination — typically 5–10 business days for air freight to the US, EU and AU.

Yes — this is deliberate. We don’t prepare special “showcase samples” with upgraded quality versus production units. The sample is a production-line unit — same factory, same materials, same QC process as every unit in a volume order. If the sample doesn’t meet your standard, neither would a volume order, and you’d want to know that before committing.

Yes. The program is designed for evaluations from 1 unit, but there’s no ceiling on what you can order at sample stage. If you want 3 different RTT models to compare side-by-side, or 2 units of the same model for a market test, that’s a valid sample request. Pricing and credit terms for multi-unit samples are discussed in the quote. For orders of 10+ units, we’d typically recommend moving toward a small volume order discussion rather than treating it as pure evaluation.

Every sample shipment includes: (1) the full EVERLEAD product catalog PDF; (2) the model-specific spec sheet; (3) a pre-shipment QC photo report (photos taken before the unit is packed). On request, we can also include installation / deployment instructions, a compatibility note for your specific vehicle type, and volume pricing reference for that product category. Ask when you submit your inquiry.

OEM-branded samples (with your logo on label, packaging or product) are handled through the OEM Sample process, which is separate from the standard Sample Program. The minimum for OEM branding is 1 unit and lead time is 20–30 days. If your primary goal is to evaluate product quality rather than show branded product, we recommend starting with a standard sample first, then proceeding to OEM sample once you’ve confirmed the base product meets your standard. No. The sample stage exists specifically to let you make an informed decision without commitment pressure. There is no obligation to place a volume order after receiving a sample. We won’t follow up with aggressive sales contact after dispatch — when you’re ready to discuss volume, you reach out to us. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll follow up once at a reasonable interval to see if you have questions.

Tell us specifically what fell short. We want to understand the gap between expectation and reality — sometimes it’s a product mismatch (wrong model for your market) and we can recommend an alternative. Sometimes it reveals a genuine quality concern we need to address. Honest feedback from sample evaluations makes us a better supplier. We don’t take negative feedback as a reason to disengage — it’s the most useful information you can give us.

We’ll respond with a formal quotation including unit pricing, packaging, shipping options and lead time. The sample cost credit will be applied to your first volume invoice.
